The Coach
Coach Sid
Williams. "HIT"
Boxer. Soldier. Coach. The journey that built Mindset 3G.
My Story
From the Ring to the Army to Giving Back
My name is Sid Williams. I grew up with boxing as my foundation — a discipline that taught me focus, resilience, and how to fight through anything life throws at you. The ring wasn't just a sport. It was a classroom.
I went on to serve in the United States Army, where I competed as part of the All-Army Boxing Team. That experience sharpened everything — the mental toughness, the team accountability, the understanding that your mindset is your greatest weapon.
After my service, I knew I had to give back. I created Mindset 3G — Goal, Go, Grow — because I've lived that framework. I've been the kid who needed direction. I've been the soldier who needed mental clarity. And now I'm the coach who helps others find both.
Army Boxing
All-Army. All In.
Competing for the All-Army Boxing Team taught me that elite performance is 90% mental. These moments shaped the philosophy behind Mindset 3G.

Why Mindset 3G
Built From Experience.
Every session I coach carries the weight of everything I've been through — the wins, the losses, the deployments, the discipline. Mindset 3G isn't a program I designed. It's a life I lived.
