The Method
This Is Not
A Gym.
Mindset 3G is a precision coaching system built on the belief that lasting athletic performance begins in the mind — and that the body follows when the mind is trained correctly.
The Philosophy
Boxing as a Vehicle for Growth
Most training programs treat the body as the problem to be solved. More reps, more rounds, more sweat. Mindset 3G takes a different position: the body is capable of far more than most athletes ever access — and the limiting factor is almost always mental.
We use boxing as the vehicle because boxing demands everything. It requires technical precision, physical conditioning, emotional regulation, and split-second decision-making under pressure. There is nowhere to hide in the ring. That is exactly why it works.
Every session is designed to develop the athlete from the inside out — building the mental habits, physical patterns, and self-awareness that compound over time into genuine, lasting performance.
What Makes It Different
Therapy-Informed. Results-Driven.
Individual by Design
No group classes. No generic programs. Every session is built around the individual — their goals, their patterns, their timeline. What works for one athlete may actively hinder another. We take the time to understand the difference.
Mental and Physical, Together
We do not separate the mental game from the physical one. They are the same game. Our coaching integrates mental conditioning into every technical session — so athletes develop both simultaneously, not in isolation.
The Framework Behind Every Session
Every session at Mindset 3G is structured around the Goal, Go, Grow framework. You arrive with a goal. You execute with discipline. You leave with understanding. The framework is not a slogan — it is the architecture of every hour we spend together.
Built for Transfer
The skills developed here are not gym-only skills. The focus, resilience, discipline, and self-awareness built through boxing therapy transfer directly into work, school, relationships, and every other arena that demands performance under pressure.
The Process
What to Expect
Intake & Goal Setting
Every new client begins with a conversation. We want to understand where you are, where you want to go, and what has gotten in the way before. This is not a fitness assessment — it is a coaching conversation.
Baseline Session
Your first session establishes a baseline — technical, physical, and mental. We observe how you move, how you respond to pressure, and how you process feedback. This shapes everything that follows.
Structured Development
Sessions are structured, progressive, and intentional. Each one builds on the last. We track what is working, adjust what is not, and keep the goal in clear view throughout.
Ongoing Review
Progress is reviewed regularly. Not just physical progress — mental and behavioral patterns too. Athletes who understand their own development accelerate faster than those who simply put in the hours.
